Any organized group can apply — including schools, sports teams, nonprofits, churches, community organizations, social clubs, local businesses, and independent fundraising groups. The group must have a responsible coordinator and meet all shift and attendance requirements.

Compensation is determined per participant based on existing certifications and attire. Participants with a valid TABC cert, food-handler cert, and complete black attire can earn up to $100. Those with only attire can earn up to $50. Details are confirmed during the review process.

No fixed minimum, but groups that can provide a larger, well-organized number of dependable participants may receive placement priority.
